A select number of parties will be invited to progress to the next stage.

This next stage involves direct engagement with the seller, where further information may be shared and discussions may move toward exclusivity.

The transaction itself is not conducted through this platform. Any agreement, exclusivity arrangement, or completion process is handled separately and remains subject to contract and seller approval.
